Cancellations or changes to reservations must be made at least 72 hours before your reservation check-in date; otherwise, the full deposit will be charged.
Cancellations or changes to reservations of 7 days or more must be made at least one week in advance. Otherwise, the full deposit will be retained.
Cancellations or changes to reservations made after check-in will be charged in full according to the existing reservation.
Cancellations or changes to reservations for peak season dates, long weekends, and typical holidays must be made one month in advance; otherwise, the full deposit will be charged.
If applicable, the deposit will be refunded at 70%, with the remainder being retained for operating expenses.
